For matters related to personal data processing, you can contact us by post at the above address or by email: biuro@warsaw.media.
2. Scope and sources of data

- Technical data and server logs (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested URL, user-agent, error information) – recorded automatically when you use the website.
- Contact data if you reach out to us (e.g. email address and message content) – provided voluntarily by you.
- Cookie and similar technology data (e.g. cookie identifiers, information about interactions with the website) – depending on your consent choices.
You do not need an account and you do not have to provide personal data to browse the website.
3. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary:
- Contact – if you email us, providing your email address and message content is necessary for us to reply.
- Analytics and marketing cookies – consent is voluntary. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not limit your ability to use the website, except for features that depend on those cookies.
4. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- Website operation and security (logs, diagnostics, abuse prevention) – based on the controller's legitimate interests.
- Communication and handling enquiries – based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement, or our legitimate interests (communication and record keeping).
- Analytics and statistics – only based on your consent given in the cookie consent module (e.g. measuring traffic and how the website is used).
- Marketing and advertising – only based on your consent given in the cookie consent module (e.g. measuring campaign effectiveness, remarketing activities if enabled).
5. Cookies and consent management
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function and to remember your settings (e.g. consent choices). Other cookies (e.g. analytics or marketing) are enabled only after you give consent.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings panel available on the website. To open the panel, go to the Site menu (hamburger icon in the header) and select Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
Detailed information about cookie categories and how they work is available in the cookie consent module. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings; however, blocking necessary cookies may affect website functionality.
6. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
We use Google Tag Manager to manage scripts (tags) used on the website, for example analytics or marketing tools.
Your choices in the cookie consent module are enforced using Consent Mode. This means that tags requiring consent (such as analytics or marketing) run according to your consent settings.
7. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you consent to analytics, we may use Google Analytics 4 to produce statistics and improve the website (e.g. analysis of content popularity, traffic sources, and basic events). The scope of data depends on the tool configuration and your device and browser settings.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time in the cookie settings panel.
8. Marketing and advertising (Google Ads)
If you consent to marketing, we may use Google Ads to run advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness (e.g. conversion tracking). Depending on configuration, remarketing may also be used, which means showing ads to people who previously visited the website.
Marketing tags and cookies are enabled only after you give consent in the cookie consent module. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings panel.
9. Data recipients and processors
Data may be shared with entities supporting the operation of the website (e.g. hosting provider, IT service providers, and analytics/marketing providers) only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
When using Google tools (e.g. GA4, Google Ads, GTM), Google may be a recipient of data in accordance with service configuration and how those services operate.

In such cases, transfers may take place based on mechanisms provided for under the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) and other appropriate bases used by the service provider.
12. Retention period
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above:

- Correspondence – for the time needed to handle your enquiry and then for a period justified by record keeping and the defence of claims.

To exercise your rights, contact us at: biuro@warsaw.media.
14. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
15. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. Analytics or marketing tools may use data to generate aggregated statistics and to measure advertising performance – only to the extent resulting from the consents you have given.
